(NASDAQ: [ VALU ]) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared on July 14, 2011 its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on August 4, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 25, 2011. The Company has 9,963,181 shares of common stock outstanding.
