ProConcept Marketing Completes Acquisition of Farm Equipment Reseller Integrity Sales & Services, Inc.

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRMK) announced it has completed the acquisition of Integrity Sales & Service, Inc., a market dealerof used trucks and Original Equipment Manufacturer of farm production equipment.

"We are very pleased to have closed this merger agreement to bring public Integrity Sales & Services to expand our scope and long term expansion plans in the used truck and farm equipment business."

Under the terms of the merger agreement, Mr. David Pfister has now been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Jacob Graber has been appointed as the Chief Operations Officer, with Mr. David Price as the Corporate Secretary.

High Farm Commodity Prices

Rises in crop and commodity prices over the last several years have produced very strong business forthe company, and industry as a whole, as farms look to take advantage of high crop prices by purchasing additional farm equipment to increase production.

In addition, the longer-term trend of acreage production and increases in new agriculture technology has also help increase our business, and positioned Integrity Sales & Services strongly for the current fiscal year and years to come.

Farm Equipment Demand

High commodity prices have driven farm machinery demand up. Where as five years ago a new tractor could be purchased and delivered in a few weeks, now the wait times are in the months and farmers have grown impatient with the lack of equipment in the marketplace.

As prices on new equipment have increased, our business has grown steadily by providing them refurbished trucks and trailers with a turn around time of just a few days building them to spec for the farmers and trucking company needs.
