TORONTO, April 14 /CNW/ - Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation (the "Corporation") announces that the Corporation's target distribution rate for April, 2011 remains unchanged. The distribution will be $0.030 per share per month payable in accordance with the schedule below. It is the Corporation's intent that the distribution be comprised primarily of return of capital.

The distributions in respect of Class A Shares will be paid in cash. The distributions in respect of Class B Shares shall automatically be reinvested in additional Class B Shares at the net asset value per Class B Share as at the applicable record date unless the holder requests in writing 10 business days prior to the distribution to receive the distribution in cash.
