(TSX: DBO), a leader in innovative motion technology, announced today an agreement with Universal Pictures for the April 29 release of Fast Five, the fifth installment of The Fast and the Furious series. This follows the highly successful world debut of D-BOX in commercial theatres with Fast & Furious, the fourth franchise installment, in April 2009.

"It is a pleasure to once again work with Universal Pictures, as the studio supported our initial foray into commercial theatres in 2009," said President and Chief Executive Officer of D-BOX Technologies, Claude Mc Master. With the addition of Fast Five, we are looking towards a summer of exhilarating and dramatic new content that we will continue to announce in the coming months."

In Fast Five, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker lead a reunion of returning all-stars from every chapter of the explosive franchise built on speed.
