CHARLOTTE, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the aCompanya) (NYSE:CCG), today announced that its Board of Directors has established March 4, 2011, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting will be held on April 25, 2011, at the Marriott SouthPark in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Stockholder proposals must be received by the Secretary of the Company no later than February 24, 2011, in order to be considered for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement relating to the 2011 meeting or to be presented at the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
