WATERSOUND, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2010 on February 24, 2011, before the market opens.
St. Joea™s earnings press release and supplemental information package will be posted on the Investor Relations section of the Companya™s website at [ www.joe.com ].
The Company will host a conference call on February 24, 2011 at 10:30 am (EST) to discuss results of the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. To access the conference call, please phone 866-400-0018 (for domestic calls) or 913-981-5521 (for international calls) approximately ten minutes before the scheduled start time. You will be asked for a Confirmation Code which is: 4761490. St. Joe will also webcast the conference call on the Companya™s website.
On the afternoon of the call, you may access a replay of the call by phoning 888-203-1112 (for domestic calls) or 719-457-0820 (for international calls) using access code 4761490. Access to the replay will be available until 11:59 PM (EST) on February 28, 2011. Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The Company also announced today that shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2011, will be entitled to vote at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at 10:30 am (CDT). The meeting will be held at the WaterColor Inn, located at 34 Goldenrod Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
