Invesco Announces Portfolio Manager Change for Invesco Van Kampen Bond Fund

HOUSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Invesco today announced the addition of Peter Ehret, Head of High Yield Investments for Invesco Fixed Income, to the management team of Invesco Van Kampen Bond Fund (NYSE: VBF).

Mr. Ehret, a senior portfolio manager with 22 years of investment industry experience, has been with Invesco since 2001. He was graduated cum laude with a B.S. in economics from the University of Minnesota and earned an M.S. in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Investment management decisions for Invesco Van Kampen Bond Fund (the Fund) are made by the investment management teams at Invesco Advisers, Inc. (the Adviser).

Effective January 12, 2011, Mr. Ehret joins the following individuals responsible for the day-to-day management of the Funda™s portfolio:

• Mr. Chuck Burge has been managing the Fund since June 2010 and has been associated with the Adviser or its affiliates since 2002. Mr. Burge earned a B.S. in economics from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from Rice University.
• Mr. John Craddock has been managing the Fund since June 2010 and has been associated with the Adviser or its affiliates since 1999. Mr. Craddock earned a B.S. with honors in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and an M.B.A. in finance from Georgia Techa™s Dupree School of Management.
