BEACHWOOD, Ohio--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cohesant Inc. (Pink Sheets: COHY) and CuraFlo Franchising Inc. announce that they have completed a settlement with Central Coast Pipe Lining, Inc. (aCCPLa) for dismissal of actions relating to all claims and counter-claims, effective November 11, 2010. Additionally, this settlement terminates all prior agreements between the parties. Terms of the settlement agreement are not being disclosed.

As a result, CuraFlo Services Inc. will, for the foreseeable future, act as the sole authorized provider of CuraFlo^® epoxy pipe lining and pipe restoration services in the following Central and Northern California counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kern, Marin, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and Ventura.
