Dynamic Ventures Corporation Contract Revenues Increased 19% to $2,653,487 during the nine month period ending September 30, 2010

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -Dynamic Ventures Corporation (OTCBB: DYNV) is pleased to announce Bundled Builder Solutions financial results.

Results of Operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2009

Contract Revenue increased 19% to $2,653,487 during the nine months ending on September 30, 2010, compared to contract revenues during the same period in 2009. Total operating expenses decreased 47% for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 compared to the same period in 2009.  This decrease in expenses is mostly due to lower selling, general and administrative expenses. The company incurred a net loss of $18,439 for the nine months ended September 30, 2010, compared to a net loss of $392,235 for the same period in 2009.  This 95% decrease in net loss is mostly due to lower expenses and increased sales.  

Results of Operations for the three months ended September 30, 2010 compared to the three months ended September 30, 2009

Contract revenues increased 6.2% to $964,625 during the three months ending on September 30, 2010 compared to gross revenues for the same period in 2009. Total operating expenses decreased 34% for the three months ended September 30, 2010 compared to the same period in 2009.  This decrease in expenses is mostly due to lower selling, general and administrative expenses.

The Company on Nov 12, 2010 announced it has signed the final contract to build a four-story, 84-room Comfort Suites Hotel in Bossier, Louisiana, a $5.4 million project. The Company was also awarded a $1,500,000 contract to its Native American Division for construction costs and construction management services to build a Game and Fish Facility for the Jicarilla Apache Nation in Dulce, New Mexico. Planning and preparations are now underway for groundbreaking.
