CHARLOTTE, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the aCompanya) (NYSE:CCG), a leading developer, builder, owner and manager of high-quality, purpose-built student housing, today announced that its Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share. For the fourth quarter of 2010, the dividend payout will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, due to the timing of the closing of the Companya™s initial public offering on October 19, 2010. Shareholders of record on December 29, 2010 will receive a pro-rated dividend of $0.127 per common share, payable on January 12, 2011.
