There will also be an update by senior management of both NU and NSTAR of the proposed merger of equals between the two companies announced on October 18, 2010.
NU will release its third quarter 2010 financial results on Friday, October 29, 2010, after the market closes.
The presentation will begin at 7 a.m. Pacific Time (10 a.m. Eastern Time) and be led by Charles W. Shivery, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will include David R. McHale, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Lee Olivier, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Also participating in the presentation will be Thomas J.
