BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company had total sales of $6.3 million at its Sunday, October 24th auction of luxury condominiums at The Waterside, located along Columbia River on Hayden Island in Portland. The auction was held at the Marriott in downtown Portland with over 250 people in attendance. Kennedy Wilson announced the auction in late September and generated 1,800 inquiries in just thirty days from its marketing campaign.
