Fixed Income Discount Advisory Company (aFIDACa) serves as the Funda™s investment sub-advisor. FIDAC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (aAnnalya), a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust. At June 30, 2010, FIDAC and its parent Annaly had approximately $90.6 billion in gross assets under management.
