Mr. Elliott joined Wilmington Trusta™s Board in January 1997. He spent six years on the Audit Committee, and chaired it in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for five years, and on the Compensation Committee for four years. In April 2010, he was elected to the Boarda™s Class of 2013. His resignation was effective on October 15, 2010.
