SAN ANTONIO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CC Media Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CCMO) and Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO) each confirmed today that it will release third quarter 2010 financial results after the market closes on Monday, November 8, 2010 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Clear Channel Outdoor will also host a teleconference to discuss its results on November 8^th at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference call number is 800-260-0702 and the pass code is 174479.
