TORONTO, Oct. 8 /CNW/ - Innovative Composites International Inc. (IC:TSX-V) ("ICI" the "Company"), is pleased to announce that on September 7th, 2010 it has granted 50,000 Options to Brisco Capital Partners Corp. ("Brisco"), an investor relations provider it has retained in December 2009.

The stock options have an exercise price of $0.35 and will vest and be exercisable in 12 equal amounts on the first day of the 12 months following the date of grant. The stock options expire on September 7, 2013.
