WASHINGTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WGL) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3775 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable November 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of October 8, 2010.

Washington Gas Light Company, a utility subsidiary of WGL Holdings, declared regular dividends today on all classes of its preferred stock as follows:

Dividends on the utilitya™s preferred stock also are payable November 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of October 8, 2010.

Common stock dividends have been paid for more than 159 years.
