Fri, July 16, 2010 Latin American Minerals Inc. Announces Resignation of Ted Freedman from its Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 16, 2010) - Latin American Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LAT) (the "Corporation") announces that Theodore (Ted) Freedman has resigned as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Freedman has assumed the role of Chair of the Board of Bridgepoint Health, a public Ontario healthcare organization working with complex chronic disease and disability. The Corporation wishes Mr. Freedman well in his new position and thanks him for his dedicated service to the Corporation.
The Corporation is an active mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of mineral projects in under-explored but highly prospective countries of Latin America.
