AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) - American Physicians Service Group, Inc. ("APS") (NASDAQ: [ AMPH ]) today announced that it will release the second quarter 2010 earnings after the market closes on August 2, 2010. APS will also be holding a conference call to discuss financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2010, with Chief Executive Officer Ken Shifrin, President Tim LaFrey and Chief Financial Officer Marc Zimmermann, on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. (Central Time).
