MONTREAL, July 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of July 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on August 16, 2010 to unitholders of record on July 30, 2010.

As at the close of business on July 14, 2010, 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
