CALGARY, July 13 /CNW/ - Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) announced the closing of a $326,000 private placement of bonds today.

As part of a previously announced effort to raise funds, Target Capital today closed an additional $326,000 of bonds through private placement. With this closing, Target has now raised $2.3M of the $3M maximum under the Offering Memorandum. The proceeds from this offering will be used to replace existing bonds and fund operations of the company.
