LAC-MEGANTIC, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - Bestar Inc. (CNSX:BES) - The Board of Directors of Bestar Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. Daniel Mercier as President. Paulin Tardif, who has been the company's Chairman of the Board and President and CEO will continue to chair the Board of Bestar Inc..

Mr. Daniel Mercier brings over 20 years of senior level management experience in industrial and aerospace companies in the field of operations, global supply chain management and start-up of high-tech companies. In the last several years he successfully integrated and managed several acquisitions, JIT manufacturing system and new supplier chain procedures.
