OAK BROOK, IL, June 10 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI), (the "Company") a clean energy company that generates revenue from capturing and recycling waste energy from industrial processes, today announced it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 10 am ET.
