Victhom announces results of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders

QUEBEC, June 11 /CNW Telbec/ - Victhom Human Bionics Inc. ("Victhom") (TSX-V: VHB) today reported the results of its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held in Montreal, Quebec on June 10, 2010.

The shareholders approved the motions put forth at the meeting to re-appoint the four directors of the Company: Daniel Johnson, Nitin Kaushal, Martin Leblanc and Normand Rivard and to appoint Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's auditors.

At their meeting held directly following the Annual General Meeting, the directors re-appointed Mr. Daniel Johnson as Chairman of the Board.
