Mr. Barnes, CMA, PFP has been a member of the management team as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since January 2007. Mr. Barnes, a Certified Financial Accountant has over 15 years of Public Company experience including: Duguay and Ringler Corporate Services, as Senior Accountant and IT Manager; Canada's Choice Spring Water Inc., where he served as Controller and Systems Administrator and Spengel Silver Mandelbaum, Chartered Accounts, where he was a Senior Staff Accountant and Systems Administrator.
