VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 1, 2010) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) is pleased to announce that the Phase 1 exploration program on the Flint Lake property has now been completed. The property consists of two proximal, although non-contiguous blocks covering 1,216 hectares (3,040 acres) in 14 claims. The road-accessible Flint Lake property is located in the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario, Canada, roughly 70 kilometres southeast of the City of Kenora, Ontario.

The two blocks cover a sizable portion of the district-scale Pipestone – Cameron Fault Zone. This zone is associated with several previously delineated gold deposits; the most notable would be the Cameron Lake deposit. The western block (the "Flint Lake" block) hosts the Meahan gold showing, returning historical values to 1.96 oz/ton from a 0.5-metre wide quartz vein with visible gold. The Meahan Showing occurs along the same shear zone hosting the Dubenski gold deposit, the latter hosting an NI 43-101-verifiable Indicated Resource of 177,400 tonnes grading 7.32 g/t gold, located west of the Flint Lake block. The Pipestone – Cameron Fault Zone extends farther southeast through the eastern ("Stephen Lake") block.

The Phase 1 program consisted of detailed geological mapping and systematic soil geochemical sampling utilizing a refurbished cut grid across most of the Flint Lake block. Soil sampling and detailed mapping were also done in the north-western portion of the block, covering prospective ground along the Pipestone – Cameron Fault Zone. Several quartz vein occurrences, having a similar fabric to historic gold prospects, were identified during this program. Geological mapping and systematic soil geochemical sampling were also done across the entire Stephen Lake block.

The Phase 1 program was designed to adequately evaluate the blocks for potential diamond drilling targets, to be drill-tested later in 2010. Analytical results are pending.
