


Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. Announces Name Change and Changes to Board of Directors and Officers
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2010) - Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AMG)(FRANKFURT:AMX) ("Acero-Martin" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Jeffrey J. Reeder, P. Geo has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors replacing Martin Wood.
Jeffrey J. Reeder, P. Geo, has a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta and since 1992 has been registered as a professional geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Reeder is the geologist responsible for identifying the Pinaya Copper-Gold project and vending it into Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. Mr. Reeder is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Duran Ventures Inc. which also has properties in Peru. Mr. Reeder has 15 years of experience in Peru and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Reeder's experiences include working with Noranda Exploration and the Hunter-Dickenson Group of Companies.
The Company further wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Murray Caruth as Corporate Secretary. Mr. Caruth is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics. Mr. Caruth's experience includes work as a Registered Representative and Registered Representative Assistant at major Canadian Brokerage Firms.
The Company also wishes to announce that the Board has approved by way of Corporate Resolution a name change to AM Gold Inc. subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Company will retain its current trading symbol.
