MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 21, 2010) - Big Red Diamond Corporation ("Big Red") (TSX VENTURE:DIA) would like to add a paragraph which was inadvertently omitted from yesterday's press release announcing the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 941units for a total amount of $470,500 (the "Private Placement").

Mr. Jean-Francois Perrault, President & CEO of Big Red, has participated, as an insider, in the private placement and has acquired a total of 30 units for an investment of $15,000.
