ZipRealty Introduces Free iPhone Application Enabling Mobile House-Hunting in More Than 4,800 Locations

Through the new application, home buyers now have mobile access to their free ZipRealty accounts, allowing them to search for homes on the go and view full information on Multiple Listing Service (MLS) -- listed homes directly from their iPhones.

In addition to home listings and photos, the application provides access to third-party home value estimates and enables a buyer to contact his or her ZipRealty agent in one click. The application displays search results on Google Maps allowing the client to see homes currently on the market as well as a comprehensive list of recently sold homes with sale prices. By syncing the application directly with Google Maps, users can easily access GPS-enabled turn-by-turn driving or walking directions while exploring new neighborhoods.
