






Gold Hawk Announces Share Consolidation Effective Date and New Trading Symbol
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 3, 2009) - Gold Hawk Resources Inc. ("Gold Hawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CGK) announces today that the Company's share consolidation (the "consolidation") will be effective on December 17, 2009.
Shareholders decided at the special meeting held on November 9, to authorize the Board to give effect to the consolidation (reverse stock split) of common shares on a 25:1 basis.
The consolidation will be effective for trading purposes on the TSX Venture Exchange on or about December 18, 2009 and the common shares will trade under a new trading symbol: TSX-V: GHK. Following the consolidation, the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company will be approximately 13,017,391.
