ALLENTOWN, Pa., Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- William H. Spence, chairman, president and chief executive officer of PPL Corporation (NYSE: [ PPL ]), will participate in a panel discussion entitled "What is the Right Utility Model?" at the Bank of America/Merrill Lynch 2012 Power and Gas Leaders Conference on Sept. 19.
