Floyd Jones joined First Washington as an owner in 1989. He began his career as an account executive at Dean Witter, where he became partner and manager. Steven Jones joined First Washington in 1989 as first vice president. He started his career with Drexel Burnham Lambert. The Jones family has been an active philanthropic force in the Seattle and Camano Island, Wash. areas for many years. In 1986, Floyd Jones and his late wife, Delores, established the Floyd and Delores Jones Foundation.
