PEORIA, Ill., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: [ CAT ]) will offer a listen-only, audio webcast of its annual meeting with financial analysts and institutional shareholders, to be held on Monday, September 24, 2012, beginning at 1:15 p.m. Pacific Time at MINExpo 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Caterpillar Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Doug Oberhelman and members of Caterpillar's Executive Office will provide a review of Caterpillar's business and enterprise strategy.
