(NPH) network of independent broker-dealers booked record revenue of nearly $412 million in the first half of 2012, a 7.5-percent increase over the previous six months, and a 1.6-percent increase over the same period in 2011. The four firms in the network also generated more than $8.2 billion in gross product sales for the first six months of the year, up 3 percent over the last six months of 2011.

The NPH network consists of INVEST Financial Corporation, Investment Centers of America, Inc., National Planning Corporation, and SII Investments, Inc. NPH achieved revenue of nearly $215 million on gross product sales of more than $4 billion during the second quarter of 2012. Second quarter revenue was up nearly 9 percent over the first quarter of the year.
