Giga Capital Corporation Announces Termination of Share Purchase Agreement
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 16, 2012) - Giga Capital Corporation (the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE:GIG.H), a capital pool company, announces further to its press release issued February 29, 2012 that it has entered into an agreement with Tongli Enterprises Development (HK) Company Ltd. ("Tongli") and Chang Li Holdings Ltd. ("Chang Li") pursuant to which the Share Purchase Agreement dated February 28, 2012 between the Corporation, Tongli and Chang Li has been terminated.
Giga will be issuing a further press release once the future course of action is determined by the board of directors of Giga.
