TORONTO--(Marketwire - Aug 14, 2012) - BPO Properties Ltd. (TSX: [ BPP ]) today announced that it is transferring the listing of its preferred shares, series G, J and M from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to the TSX Venture Exchange. These preferred shares will be delisted from the TSX at the close of business on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 and will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the start of business on the following day, Thursday, August 16, 2012.

The company's preferred shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under their current trading symbol, as set out below:
