ATLANTA, Aug. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Equifax Inc. (NYSE: [ EFX ]) today announced that the Equifax Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on September 14, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 24, 2012. Equifax has paid cash dividends for 99 consecutive years.
