WASHINGTON, May 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (NYSE: [ DFT ]) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on shares of both its common and preferred stock for the second quarter of 2012.  The following have been declared:

• The Company will pay a $0.15 per common share dividend on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2012;
• The Company will pay a $0.4921875 per share dividend on the 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from April 16, 2012 to July 15, 2012.  The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2012; and
• The Company will pay a $0.4765625 per share dividend on the 7.625% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from April 16, 2012 to July 15, 2012.  The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2012.
