Kite Realty Group Trust Announces New Senior Management Position

INDIANAPOLIS--([ ])--Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) (the aCompanya) announced today that Mellissa Boggs, SPHR has joined the Company in the newly created position of Vice President of Human Capital.

Mellissa will be responsible for employee satisfaction, communication, accountability, and development. These responsibilities include: how the Company attracts, selects, trains, assesses, rewards and retains employees, overseeing organizational leadership, culture, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.

Mellissa brings more than 20 years of experience in management, operations and human resources to her role. Prior to joining the Company, Mellissa worked over 15 years planning, leading, and implementing human resource policies, programs and processes.
