Futura Loyalty Group Partners With MileagePlus to Offer Award Miles in the United States

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 8, 2012) - The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FUT) ("Futura") announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Mileage Plus Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Continental Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:UAL), allowing Futura to provide MileagePlus award miles to U.S. auto retailers. Those retailers may then offer miles to their customers on anything from service repairs and tire sales right through to purchases of automobiles across numerous well known brands. Futura intends on building out its network of service providers and dealerships in the automotive sector throughout the U.S. over the next 18 months and expand into other sectors to provide MileagePlus members with even greater earning opportunities. MileagePlus is one of the world's largest travel loyalty programs.

"The addition of MileagePlus award miles to our roster of loyalty currencies is a building block in our expansion into the US market," said David Campbell, President and CEO of Futura. "Our initial focus is on the automotive sector, which includes auto dealers, auto service centers, tire retailers and parts distributors which represents one of the largest consumer categories in the United States. We look forward to working with Mileage Plus to develop meaningful earning opportunities for MileagePlus members in the auto sector and then move to other key retail categories."
