Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) (the "Company") announces that the number of Units of the Company available under its private placement announced April 23, 2012 (the "Offering"), has been increased from 275,000 to 285,000. All other features of the Offering, as set forth in the Company's April 23, 2012 news release, remain unchanged.
The Closing of the Offering is subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
