TYSONS CORNER, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Penny Bladich has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Market Executive, of Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL).

Bladich joined Cardinalas Commercial Lending Team in June, 2008, as Vice President. She was promoted to Market Executive in November, 2010, responsible for the Business Development efforts of a team of lenders, business development officers, and branch managers focused primarily on the Eastern Fairfax County market, which includes Tysons Corner, Vienna/Oakton, McLean, Annandale and Springfield. In addition, she continues to manage a commercial loan portfolio.

She is also a Board Member of the Healthcare Business Alliance, and is a member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee. She is also a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 2012.
