BETHESDA, Md., May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: [ DRH ]) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2012. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2012.
