NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Willis Group Holdings plc (NYSE:WSH), the global insurance broker, today clarified that the record date of its previously announced regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share will be Friday June 29, 2012 rather than Saturday, June 30, 2012. The dividend remains payable on July 13, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2012.
