InterRent Announces March 2012 Distributions

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2012) -

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:IIP.UN)(TSX:IIP.DB) ("InterRent") announced today that its distribution declared for the month of February 2012 is $0.01 per Trust unit, equal to $0.12 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about March 15, 2012 to unitholders of record on February 29, 2012.
