HAMILTON, Bermuda--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE:AGO) (the aCompanya) today declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.09 per common share, an increase of 100% from U.S. $0.045 per common share paid on November 30, 2011. The dividend is payable on March 8, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 23, 2012.

The Company also announced that it will issue its financial results press release for the full year and quarter ended December 31, 2011 after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (5:00 p.m. Atlantic Time) on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
