EuroSite Power Inc. Declares Dividend on Common Stock
WALTHAM, Mass., Feb. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ EuroSite Power Inc. ], an On‑Site Utility, offering clean electricity, heat, hot water and cooling solutions to healthcare, multifamily housing and hotel properties in the United Kingdom and Europe, today announced that its board of directors declared a stock dividend of 10% per share on the outstanding shares of the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 12, 2012 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on February 24, 2012.
