While the company will continue its operations in the European market, the organization will be streamlined under the leadership of Reggie James, Senior VP, Marketing, Communications, and Managing Director of Digital Clarity. Dominic Hawes-Fairley has stepped down as the focus has moved to a more US-centric approach as outlined in the Letter to Shareholders issued August 1, 2011.
