Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust Announces October 2011 Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 14, 2011) - Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT") (TSX:REF.UN) today announced its October 2011 monthly distribution in the amount of 12.00 cents per unit (C$1.44 annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 14, 2011 to Unitholders of record October 31, 2011.
