Retrocom Mid-Market REIT Announces October, November and December 2011 Distributions

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2011) -

NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OR TO ANY NON-CANADIAN SOURCE

Retrocom Mid-Market Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:RMM.UN) (the "REIT") announced today it has declared its cash distributions for the months of October, November and December 2011 as per the following schedule:

Distributions paid to Unitholders who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to Canadian withholding tax.
